Wait Cellars has focused exclusively on limited production Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from premium Russian River fruit since 2005. We make all of our wines in San Francisco, striving to keep things small and local, paying attention to detail, and producing wine to harmonize with the eclectic, refined attitude and cuisine of this one-of-a-kind city. We have just released two fantastic and distinct 2009 Pinot Noirs we are offering through our Wine Club, select restaurants and retail stores in San Francisco, and through our website: our rich, satisfying, classic Russian River Pinot Noir; and our lean, minerally, "old-world" new-comer, our Green Valley Pinot Noir. And we'll be proud to release our 2011 Russian River Chardonnay in spring of 2012. | ||||
